There is not a gene that provides happiness or success, we all have the potential for happiness and success and supporting students to find this within themselves is the key to unlocking their world. We all face challenges within our lives and waiting for the challenge to happen doesn’t equip us with the tools to be resilient. Instilling resilience is vital.
Using the 8 Employability skills to give structure to this programme InspireIgnite direct the facilitator through the student’s workbooks, using discussion, worksheets and activities to engage the student’s in the work of developing a robust sense of self. Mindfulness is introduced as part of these programmes.
