Mental Health and Sport

Sport taking a lead introducing Mental Wellness Champions for each club. 

 

Inspire Ignite are now supporting East Riding Football Association with their Mental Wellness Champions. We have delivered training to over 20 Mental Wellness Champions already with a great response and interest on how to use their knowledge in supporting kids, coaches and parents with Mental Wellness. 

 

Adults and children have never faced anything as mentally challenging as the situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic during the last 14 months, but sport can be a huge help for people. ERFA are forward thinking and will be offering training to every club who wants to support their members in building a supportive network of mental wellness champions at each football club.
